All customer reviews are authentic and come only from clients who have made their stay through Hotel.cz in the past. We go through them carefully, evaluate their relevance and appropriateness, and we weed out reviews with vulgar overtones or false statements. However, we do not edit reviews in any way. If there is an outstanding issue to be checked, we will do so first, then the review is published.
